Die S-Payment gehört zur DSV-Gruppe und ist der Taktgeber für alle Payment-Themen in der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Wir erkennen Trends, setzen neue Impulse und bringen die Sparkassen mit innovativen Payment-Lösungen voran – und damit haben wir direkten Einfluss auf über 45 Millionen Endkund:innen. Wir entwickeln und vermarkten Payment-Lösungen sowohl für den PoS als auch für E- und M-Commerce. Dazu gehört unter anderem das kontaktlose Bezahlen mit Karten und dem Smartphone (App „Mobiles Bezahlen“ für Android sowie Apple Pay mit der Sparkasse) und vieles, vieles mehr.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Softwareentwicklungsteam verantwortest du den Aufbau und die agile, kundenzentrierte Produktentwicklung von IT-Lösungen im Payment-Umfeld.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Scrum Master (m/w/d) entwickelst du ein leistungsfähiges Scrum-Team und etablierst klare agile Arbeitsweisen, Rollen und Entscheidungsprozesse.
  • Du entwickelst User Stories und übersetzt fachliche, technische, regulatorische und sicherheitsrelevante Anforderungen in ein strukturiertes Product Backlog, verantwortest die fachliche Priorisierung und planst mit dem Team die schrittweise Realisierung der Produktziele mit Blick auf eine hohe Produktqualität.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Anforderungen an Verfügbarkeit, Ausfallsicherheit, Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und regulatorische Konformität berücksichtigt werden.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für alle Stakeholder und vertrittst das Produkt sowie das Scrum-Team intern und extern
  • Gemeinsam mit den Product Ownern (m/w/d) anderer Teams füllst du die Vision und Strategie des Ressorts mit Leben und unterstützt die agile Transformation innerhalb des Ressorts.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Berufserfahrung als Product Owner (m/w/d) und eine ausgeprägte Stärke als Business Analyst:in und Lösungsarchitekt:in im Umfeld von ausfallsicheren Java Web-Anwendungen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne agil und bringst hierfür das entsprechende Mindset sowie praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Scrum-Teams mit. Du kannst das „Warum“ des Produkts, des Features oder der User Story allen Beteiligten überzeugend vermitteln.
  • Du kannst komplexe fachliche, technische und regulatorische Themenstellungen schnell durchdringen, strukturiert ausarbeiten, neu denken und aktiv in der Umsetzung steuern.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen und es fällt dir leicht, komplexe Themen mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern verständlich und überzeugend zu diskutieren, Entscheidungen zu treffen und gegenüber Dritten zu vertreten.
  • Du behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und trägst zur konstruktiven Lösung von Konflikten und Zielkonflikten bei.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
