The Role

As the Sales Manager, Vietnam you will be the face of Digital Turbine in Southeast Asia’s most dynamic market. You are a seasoned ad-tech professional with existing relationships with key decision-makers (Heads of UA, CMOs, C-Level, VP of Growth) across Vietnamese app and gaming publishers. Your mission is to drive the adoption of Digital Turbine’s on-device & mobile performance solutions. You will be tasked with positioning our unique offering as a must-have alternative to the traditional UA channels.

Responsibilities

Market & Pipeline Development: Spearhead the go-to-market sales efforts in Vietnam by building a robust pipeline of top-tier app and gaming publishers. Drive user acquisition (UA) partnerships and continuously forecast sales opportunities within the region. Strategic Positioning: Strategically sell and position Digital Turbine’s on-device and performance solutions as a foundational user distribution and acquisition channel for the Vietnamese mobile ecosystem. Consultative Pitching: Craft tailored, data-driven proposals that showcase both your analytical rigor and strategic sales abilities, specifically addressing the scaling and performance KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV) of mobile gaming and app publishers. Trusted Advisor: Possess a large appetite to learn your client's business like it's your own. Become a trusted advisor to your prospects and clients, building relationships both up and across their organizations to make the best recommendations for their growth.

Product Mastery: Develop a complete mastery of DT's pitch, on-device product suites, performance solutions, and the wider app advertising/measurement industry at large. Sales Discipline: Remain highly disciplined and organized to manage your pipeline and ensure quality data tracking across DT’s sales enablement tools, including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Seismic. Forecasting & Reporting: Show consistent and accurate forecasting skills when regularly presenting new business opportunities and Vietnamese market trends to Executive leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Account Management, AdOps, Product) to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term success for your publisher clients in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in digital media sales, tech sales, or business development. 5+ years of direct experience specifically within Mobile Performance Advertising, AdTech, User Acquisition (UA), or Mobile Gaming. Proven Sales Performance: A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas and driving top-line revenue growth in competitive markets. Enterprise Pipeline Management: Experience navigating complex, consultative sales cycles from initial pitch to contract execution with C-level executives and growth leads. Established Vietnam Relationships: An existing, deep network of key decision-makers (Heads of UA, CMOs, C-Level, VP of Growth) across Vietnamese app and gaming publishers. Market Nuance: Strong understanding of the Vietnamese mobile ecosystem dynamics, including top game studios, app developers, local payment infrastructures, and growth trends. Performance Metrics: Deep understanding of key mobile user acquisition and monetization metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and Retention. Measurement & Attribution: Comprehensive knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular and others. Know how they attribute on-device/performance media. AdTech Architecture: Strong conceptual grasp of programmatic advertising, on-device pre-installs, native placement formats, and mobile SDK integrations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Sales Enablement: Hands-on experience using modern CRM and sales technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
