Vi er 38 specialister, der hjælper ambitiøse virksomheder med at udvikle deres eCommerce-forretning på Shopify. Vi arbejder med faste priser, ingen binding og ærlig rådgivning.

Nu leder vi efter en E-commerce Business Developer, der kan udvikle vores eksisterende kunder, sikre fremdrift i mindre projekter og bidrage til nye forretningsmuligheder.

Hvad du skal lave:

Dit vigtigste ansvar er at udvikle din egen portefølje af Shopify-kunder.

  • Udvikle eksisterende kunder og identificere nye projekter, services og forretningsmuligheder.
  • Rådgive kunderne ærligt og sige nej, når en løsning ikke er den rigtige.
  • Sikre fremdrift i mindre projekter og holde styr på scope, aftaler og deadlines.
  • Koordinere med vores specialister og sikre, at kunden ved, hvad næste skridt er.
  • Bidrage til proaktive salgskampagner og åbne dialoger med nye kunder.
  • Give input til nye services baseret på de behov og mønstre, du ser hos kunderne.

Rollen fordeler sig omtrent sådan:

  • 60 procent udvikling af eksisterende kunder
  • 20 procent fremdrift og kundeansvar på mindre projekter
  • 20 procent new business og opsøgende salg

Hvem du er:

Du er kommerciel, struktureret og god til at skabe tillid.

  • Du har erfaring med account management, rådgivende salg eller kundeudvikling.
  • Du forstår eCommerce og digitale projekter.
  • Du kan se kommercielle muligheder uden at oversælge.
  • Du tager ansvar for aftaler, deadlines og opfølgning.
  • Du kommunikerer klart og direkte.
  • Du kan samarbejde tæt med udviklere og andre specialister.
  • Erfaring med Shopify er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
