We’re hiring Full-Time Painters for the Spring–Summer season in Nepean / Barrhaven (Ottawa). This position is ideal for students—high school or university—who want a solid summer job, enjoy working with their hands, and like being rewarded for putting in consistent effort.

No painting experience? That’s completely fine. We provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Who This Role Is Great For

Hours

  • 30–45 hours per week
  • Full-time preferred
  • Some weekend flexibility (weather-dependent)

Pay

  • Starting at $18.50/hr
  • Opportunity to earn up to $24/hr later in the season by taking on additional responsibilities
  • Raises based on reliability, skill development, and leadership—not seniority
