GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Moll Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Moll Die Cutter in the Print Transition Department and reports to Press Coordinator and Department Manager. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and adhere to the company policies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Set-up Moll feeder and in-feed as per required sheet size. Safely mount required die to magnetic die cylinder for all for specific job requirements. Safely set-up all drives belts, sheet deflectors and sheet guides for delivery of finished product. Safely set-up air guns and air blast timing when doing fan deck products. Moll operator runs sheets through the Moll to set-up correct register Moll operator is responsible to ensure correct registration is held throughout run of product. Moll operator is responsible for clean die cut quality and correct perforation depth. Moll operator is required to ensure machine is in good working order and all safety mechanisms and guards are intact and functioning correctly. Moll operator is required to instruct moll crew of required duties and requirements for each job. Moll operator is required to ensure themselves and their moll crew are all working safely at all times.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization. Must have the ability to multitask. Ability to work as part of a team. Positive work ethic and excellent attendance record. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Machine operator/production experience an asset. Knowledge of measuring systems is an asset.

Sunday to Tuesday 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Sunday to Tuesday 6:30 pm to 6:30 am
WAGES:
Min $18.68 Max $24.00
