  • Bewertung und Präsentation von Immobilien – fundierte Marktwertanalysen, Entwicklung von Vermarktungsstrategien und Marketingaktionen gehören zu Ihrem Tagesgeschäft.
  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Verhandlungen – Sie überzeugen mit Feingefühl, Expertise und Verhandlungsgeschick auf Augenhöhe.
  • Netzwerkpflege und Marktbeobachtung – durch den Ausbau und die Pflege Ihres Netzwerks sowie die kontinuierliche Analyse des Münchner Immobilienmarkts sichern Sie nachhaltigen Erfolg.

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung im Immobilien­bereich, ein abge­schlos­senes Studium der Immo­bilien­wirtschaft oder eine vergleich­bare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von Immobilien
  • Eine kommunikative Art, die Sie gewinnbringend einsetzen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
  • Persönliches Engagement und Begeisterung für ausgewählte Immobilien und Topkunden
