  • rekonstrukcija građevina, postrojenja i oprema distribucijskog sustava koja je u vlasništvu poslodavca i koja je ustupljena na gospodarsko upravljanje,
  • organizacija kontrole i ispitivanja nepropusnosti i ispravnosti distribucijskog sustava,
  • zaštita distribucijskog sustava od mehaničkih, električnih i kemijskih utjecaja,
  • nadzor nad aktivnostima trećih osoba u zaštitnom pojasu,
  • servisiranje mjerne, regulacijske i druge opreme i uređaja ugrađenih u distribucijski sustav,
  • organizacija ispitivanja plinomjera i druge mjerne opreme sukladno posebnim propisima,
  • nadzor nad pogonom i vođenjem distribucijskog sustava pomoću procesne, mjerne, registracijske, komunikacijske i računalno-programske opreme, sukladno Mrežnim pravilima plinskog distribucijskog sustava,
  • organizacija hitnih intervencija,
  • komunikacija s korisnicima sustava, krajnjim kupcima, javnim ustanovama i hitnim službama,
  • utvrđivanje i javljanje odstupanja od normalnog pogona distribucijskog sustava,
  • nadzor rada ključnih objekata u distribucijskom sustavu,
  • nadzor preuzimanja plina na ulazima plina u distribucijski sustav, te isporuke plina na izlazima iz distribucijskog sustava,
  • nadzor nad izgradnjom novih priključaka i uličnih plinovoda,
  • operativna komunikacija s operatorom transportnog sustava,
  • izrada mjesečnih alokacija,
  • prisutnost na tehničkim pregledima građevina u postupku izdavanja uporabne dozvole,
  • ažuriranja plinovoda prema materijalu i dimenzijama u GIS sustavu,
  • pravovremenost pregleda plinskih instalacija,
  • vođenje plinoinstalaterskih radova u svojstvu odgovorne osobe,
  • davanje prijedloga za poboljšanje kvalitete mjerenja potrošnje plina,
  • kontrola i primjena mjera nemogućnosti neovlaštene potrošnje plina,
  • umjeravanje plinomjera i ostale mjerne i regulacijske opreme,
  • praćenje i primjena zakonske regulative u području distribucije plina i mjeriteljstva,
  • kontrola izrade i izdavanja izvješća o ispravnosti plinske instalacije,
  • raspored dnevnih zadataka radnicima unutar Odjela, te daje upute i smjernice za rad,
  • nadzor nad izvođenjem svih građevinskih i strojarskih radova na distribucijskom sustavu vezano uz redovito i izvanredno održavanje, i uz izgradnju ili rekonstrukciju plinovoda,
  • briga o opremljenosti radnika sa svom potrebnom opremom, sredstvima zaštite na radu, mjernim uređajima i ostalom opremom,
  • obrada zaprimljenih prijava kvarova na plinskim instalacijama, plinovodima i uređajima i evidencija istih u pisanom obliku,
  • ostali poslovi po nalogu direktora sukladno stručnoj spremi i kvalifikacijama.
  • inženjer strojarstva ili diplomirani inženjer strojarstva (VŠS ili VSS)
  • upis u Imenik inženjera gradilišta pri HKIS (nije uvjet ali daje prednost kod odabira kandidata),
  • položen stručni ispit (nije uvjet ali daje prednost kod odabira kandidata),
