Make a Difference in Allergy Care

Join Duly Health and Care as an Allergy RN and be an important part of a collaborative care team supporting patients throughout their allergy care journey. In this role, you’ll work closely with physicians and patients to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an outpatient setting.

Allergy RN - South Region

  • Part-Time, 24 hours/ week
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, Rotating Saturdays
  • Location: Orland Park, Joliet, Lockport
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible

Key Responsibilites:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to physicians and patients.
  • Room patients, obtain vital signs and review medical history and symptoms.
  • Perform telephone triage and respond to patient questions and concerns.
  • Provide patient education and communicate with patients regarding test results, medications and follow-up care.
  • Administer immunizations, allergy treatments and other treatments as ordered.
  • Assist physicians with procedures and other in-office clinical needs.
  • Coordinate with pharmacies, laboratories and other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment and supplies.
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and help ensure a positive, compassionate patient experience.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and the broader care team to provide excellent patient care.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Current IL RN licensure
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting but may consider new grad under specific circumstances

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $27.00-38.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
