  • 5+ years of industry experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads in AWS
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration-management tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
  • Experience supporting Linux-based production environments
  • Experience with logging, monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting distributed production systems
  • Experience with container technologies and modern containerized deployment practices
  • Experience scripting and automating operational tasks using Python, Bash, or similar languages
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, access management, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues across application and infrastructure layers
  • Self-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to document and communicate infrastructure designs, operational procedures, and technical decisions
  • Strong English fluency
  • Comfortable with up to half of working hours overlapping standard EST working hours
  • AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, Lambda, ECS, and related cloud services
  • Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and automation
  • Harness and/or Jenkins for CI/CD and deployment automation
  • Splunk for centralized logging, monitoring, and observability
  • Docker and container orchestration technologies
  • Kubernetes and/or AWS container services
  • Building and maintaining highly available customer-facing production systems
  • Disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing
  • Cloud infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
  • Application and infrastructure security, vulnerability remediation, and security tooling
  • Supporting Java/Spring Boot and data-intensive applications
  • SQL and NoSQL database technologies
  • Agile/Sprint/Scrum software development practices

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
