- Develop realistic production timelines, master schedules, and show budgets; negotiate vendor and talent contracts.
- Assemble design and technical teams (scenography, lighting, audio, video/LED, wardrobe, and special effects).
Logistics & Budget Management
- Oversee production finances, tracking expenditure across staging, tech equipment, labor, and artist fees to ensure project profitability.
- Secure necessary permits, licensing, venue agreements, and health/safety compliance documentation.
- Coordinate venue logistics, load-in schedules, technical rider fulfillment, and labor staffing (union/non-union crew).
Show Execution & Quality Control
- Lead overall production meetings and supervise technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and run-throughs.
- Partner with the Stage Manager and Technical Director to ensure show cues, timing, and safety standards are flawlessly executed.
- Troubleshoot real-time logistical, technical, or talent challenges during rehearsals and live show runs.
Post-Production & Wrap-Up
- Manage load-out schedules, venue strikes, and rental equipment returns.
- Conduct post-event debriefs, financial reconciliations, and final artist/vendor settlements.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Leadership: Excellent project management skills; ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams under fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written negotiation and communication skills.
- Software: Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com), spreadsheet budgeting (Excel/Google Sheets), and production scheduling software.
