Vi söker två städledare till nytt städuppdrag i Lund! Vill du vara med från start och bygga upp ett nytt städuppdrag tillsammans med ett engagerat team? Vi söker nu två drivna och ansvarstagande städledare som vill ta en aktiv roll i den dagliga driften och säkerställa hög kvalitet i vår leverans hos kund i Lund. Om tjänsten Som städledare har du en central roll i uppstarten och den dagliga driften av uppdraget. Du ansvarar för att leda och stötta städpersonalen, planera arbetet och se till att kunden får service av hög kvalitet. Du arbetar nära både medarbetare och kund och bidrar till tydliga rutiner, god kommunikation och ett välfungerande samarbete. Dina arbetsuppgifter Leda, fördela och följa upp det dagliga städarbetet. Säkerställa att städningen utförs enligt avtalade kvalitetskrav och rutiner. Planera arbetet och samordna personal och bemanning. Introducera, handleda och motivera medarbetare. Ha löpande kontakt med kunden och följa upp eventuella synpunkter. Utföra kvalitetskontroller och arbeta med förbättringar. Bidra aktivt till en lyckad uppstart och utveckling av det nya uppdraget.

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av professionell lokalvård. Har erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller samordning, gärna inom städbranschen. Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och trygg i en ledande roll. Har god servicekänsla och förmåga att skapa goda kundrelationer. Är kommunikativ, flexibel och bra på att motivera andra. Kan arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med teamet.

Utbildning inom lokalvård, exempelvis SRY eller PRYL, och arbetserfarenhet är meriterande. B-körkort är meriterande om arbetet kräver resor mellan olika arbetsplatser.
