Mit unternehmerischem Mindset, Kundennähe und Abschlussstärke gewinnst du neue B2B‑Kunden und entwickelst langfristige Partnerschaften; u. a. rund um unser innovatives Duniform®‑Speisesiegelkonzept.

Du betreust die französischsprachige Schweiz sowie die Region Bern und arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams in der Schweiz, DACH und Benelux zusammen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Gewinnung neuer B2B‑Kunden im Take‑away‑ und Ready‑Meals‑Umfeld
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger, langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung einer klaren Markt- und Kundenstrategie mit Fokus auf Wachstumspotenzial
  • Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung passender Verpackungslösungen
  • Beratung, Angebotserstellung, Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschluss
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Ableitung vertrieblicher Maßnahmen
  • Präsentation unseres Portfolios auf Messen, Events und bei Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei einfachen Service‑ und Wartungstätigkeiten vor Ort
  • Pflege von Vertriebsdaten sowie regelmäßiges Reporting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Inside Sales, Customer Service und Außendienst innerhalb der Schweiz sowie in ausgewählten Fällen europaweit

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Verpackungs-, Food- oder Gastronomie-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in oder Nähe zur Gastronomie ist von Vorteil und hilft dir, Kundenbedürfnisse noch besser zu verstehen
  • Freude an individueller Kundenberatung sowie ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke
  • Gutes Verständnis für Produkte und Lösungen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Fließendes Französich, sehr gutes Englisch und vorzugsweise Deutsch
  • Eigenständige, kontaktstarke und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit echter Hunter-Mentalität
  • Teamplayer mit Lust auf Austausch und gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung
