  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market, leveraging market trends, customer insights, campaign analysis and performance.
  • Proactively develop strategic insights, identifying opportunities for growth alongside providing in-depth analysis on performance through Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Plans.
  • Work closely with account management, strategic planning and new business sales teams.
  • Drive and build collaboration between the retailer and their suppliers/CPGs.
  • Passionately advocate and model the delivery of first-class customer service to your client base, holding yourself to the highest standards.
  • Drive deeper partnership engagement through scaled coverage across key stakeholders (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce & Loyalty teams).
  • Maintain a deep understanding and expertise of Tesco Media products and roadmap.
  • Be confident challenging client strategy to maximise the role Tesco Media plays in delivering meaningful business outcomes.
  • Be a key evangelist of Retail Media thought leadership across your client portfolio and industry events.

What we expect from you

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
