Principais responsabilidades

  • Prestar apoio direto ao comprador, oferecendo suporte nas rotinas operacionais e comerciais;
  • Acompanhar a carteira de pedidos, monitorando o status das compras e das mercadorias em trânsito;
  • Verificar o abastecimento, analisando os níveis de estoque e identificando possíveis rupturas;
  • Realizar a conferência de notas fiscais, validando informações como quantidades, preços e condições comerciais;
  • Identificar e reportar divergências nos pedidos ou faturamentos, acompanhando as correções junto às áreas responsáveis;
  • Apoiar a organização e o controle de informações comerciais, contribuindo para a eficiência e a fluidez dos processos internos.
  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência com rotinas de compras;
  • Excel Intermediário/Avançado.
