Ekstra ledsager søges til 31årig mand i Hvalsø.

Borger har en fysisk - og psykisk funktionsnedsættelse. Borger har ataksi, som gør, at hans motorik er begrænset, bliver hurtigt udtrættet og har dårlig balance. Han kan godt gå og lunte men ikke over en lang strækning på f.eks. 2 km. Han vil gerne holde i hånd eller holde fast i ledsagerens arm for tryghed. Han har verbalt sprog og kan give klart udtryk for behov. Hans sprog er dog begrænset, og det bliver nemmere at forstå ham, når I har lært hinanden at kende. Han skal have hjælp til at skære maden ud, hvis I skal spise på turen, og ledsager skal hjælpe med at rette tøj. Han er en glad mand, som har flere interesser såsom tog, løb og at cykle. Han skal have hjælp til personlig pleje.

Borger mangler en ledsager, der kan løbe med ham, hvor han sidder i en løbevogn ca. 5-10 km af gangen. Nogle gange er turene længere, når han deltager i et løb. Borger har deltaget i mange løb, bl.a. Royal Run. Ved træning er løbeturen normalt omkring 5 km, men til de officielle løb kan det være op til halvmaraton.

Vil I længere væk og løbe f.eks. i Dyrehaven, er borgers forældre behjælpelige med transporten og løbevognen.

Borger har 15 timer om måneden, som skal deles med en anden ledsager. De fordeles efter aftale.

Løbeturene må gerne være efter borgers arbejde i eftermiddagstimerne ved 16-tiden og ellers i weekenden. Minimum 2 timers tid og må gerne være 2-4 gange om måneden.

Aftaler laves med borgers mor og bosted.

Der søges en frisk ledsager, der kan li' at løbe.

Stillingen som ledsager er en deltidsstilling.

Ledsageordningen bruges altid til selvvalgte aktiviteter uden for borgers bolig.

Borger afholder alle udgifter i forbindelse med ledsagelsen.

Timeløn:

Hverdage: Ca. 170 kr.

Lørdag: Ca. 180 kr.

Søndag: Ca. 190 kr.

Lønnen varierer i forhold til, hvor i landet borger bor.
