4 årig dreng søger en afløser.

Borger har infantil autisme. Han har en god sprogforståelse, gentager mange ord, men har et simpelt og ikke alderssvarende talesprog endnu. Han er meget vedholdende og vil gerne forstås. Han er meget konkret tænkende.

Han kan godt li' fis og ballade, men kan hurtigt køre op, så det skal være med måde.

Drengen er meget glad for at bygge Lego og lege med magneter. Han er også en meget aktiv dreng, der er glad for at røre sig fx løbelege, løbe på løbecykel, danse.

Om opgaven:

Der søges en person der kan komme og være sammen med drengen i hjemmet, lege med ham og passe på ham. I tager også på små ture ud af huset, fx til svømmehallen, biblioteket, på legepladsen ol. På ture benytter I bus og tog og drengen har en klapvogn med samt evt. madpakke.

Han har brug for en tydelig og rummelig voksen, der møder ham i øjenhøjde.

Drengen profiterer af at være i en nærværende én-til-én relation med en voksen, hvor den voksne lader samspil tage udgangspunkt i hans interesser, følger ham i hans leg og lader ham være den initiativ tagende part. Den voksnes tale skal være tilpasset drengens sproglige funktionsniveau (simpelt) og kan med fordel en stor del af tiden bestå af spejling af hans lyde eller enkle kommentarer til hans leg

Han har brug for tæt guidning og støtte - også i sociale situationer. Han profiterer af, at den voksne er motiverende og god til at finde på.

Arbejdstid:

Aftales med borgers mor, men udgangspunktet er:

Hver anden søndag 3 ½ time i løbet af dagtimerne. Derudover 2 ½ time hver anden onsdag eftermiddag/aften, kl. 16 - 18.30(begge i lige uger).

Om dig:

Du er tydelig, tålmodig og med en god positiv udstråling og energi. Du skal være motiverende og glad for at bevæge dig.

Det er en fordel hvis du har erfaring med børn med autisme, evt. er uddannet pædagog, men intet krav. Der er mulighed for at blive aflønnet efter uddannelse eller erfaring.
