Escritório de advocacia empresarial busca Advogado(a) Júnior para atuar na área de Recuperação de Créditos, com foco no atendimento de carteira de clientes composta majoritariamente por empresas do setor industrial.A posição envolve atuação tanto no consultivo quanto no contencioso, com participação direta em todas as etapas da recuperação de crédito, desde a análise inicial da documentação e orientação ao cliente até o ajuizamento, condução processual, negociação de acordos, participação em audiências, pesquisa patrimonial e finalização das demandas.Buscamos um(a) profissional comprometido(a), organizado(a), com boa comunicação e interesse em desenvolver atuação próxima ao cliente, aliando técnica jurídica, estratégia processual e visão prática para a recuperação eficiente de créditos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento direto ao cliente, prestando informações, orientações e atualizações sobre as demandas; Organização, análise e conferência de documentos necessários à recuperação de créditos; Orientação ao cliente quanto à documentação, estratégias e providências necessárias; Elaboração e ajuizamento de ações judiciais relacionadas à recuperação de crédito; Condução de processos judiciais, com acompanhamento de prazos, manifestações e providências processuais; Participação em audiências de conciliação e instrução; Elaboração e condução de acordos judiciais e extrajudiciais; Realização de pesquisas patrimoniais e diligências voltadas à localização de bens; Acompanhamento das demandas até sua finalização; Atuação consultiva, prestando suporte e informações ao cliente sobre medidas preventivas, documentos, estratégias e procedimentos relacionados à recuperação de créditos.Requisitos e qualificações- Ser formado em Direito, COM REGISTRO perante a OAB/RS.- Conhecimento substancial em Direito Civil e Processo Civil. - Experiência prévia em contencioso cível, recuperação de crédito, cobrança judicial ou áreas correlatas;- Excelente capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita);- Capacidade de auto-organização, gerenciamento de agenda e eleição de prioridades;- Conhecimento em sistemas jurídicos.-Disponibilidade para TRABALHO PRESENCIAL, Município de Porto Alegre/RS e viagens ao interior.
