Concessionnaire en matériels agricoles, distributeur de la marque John Deere, nous nous présentons comme un acteur majeur de la vente et la réparation de machinismes agricoles en étant au service de nos clients à travers 8 agences situées dans le grand Sud-Ouest de la France.

Acteur de proximité, nous collaborons avec nos clients pour améliorer leur quotidien et les accompagner dans les diverses transformations technologiques, économiques, écologiques avec pour objectif principal la satisfaction de leurs besoins.

Nous recherchons un(e) Chef des Ventes (H/F) pour piloter, développer et animer l'ensemble de l'activité commerciale de notre concession sur le secteur CONDOM-SOLOMIAC (32).

Votre mission

  • Définir et déployer la politique commerciale et le plan de prospection de votre secteur.
  • Manager, coacher et former l'équipe de conseillers commerciaux pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Accompagner les commerciaux en clientèle et animer des démonstrations de matériels.
  • Déployer l’ensemble du processus de vente, de la prospection à la livraison, en utilisant les outils mis à disposition (CRM, outils constructeurs, etc.).
  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients et partenaires.
  • Gérer et suivre les dossiers de ventes via le CRM JOHN DEERE
  • Garantir la bonne application des conditions de vente et la gestion des prix d’achat (PAG) pour les matériels repris.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de John Deere pour votre secteur.

  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.
  • Vous disposez d'une formation commerciale et/ou technique, idéalement dans le machinisme agricole.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans la vente de matériels agricoles et/ou en management d'équipe commerciale.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du secteur agricole, comprenez les enjeux des exploitations et maîtrisez les bases de la comptabilité et de la fiscalité agricoles.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de motivation, de rigueur, de dynamisme et d'un excellent esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous possédez de solides capacités de communication, d'analyse et d'organisation.
  • Vous avez le goût du terrain, le sens de la négociation et une réelle orientation client.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (CRM, Pack Office) ainsi que les outils constructeurs.
