Wil jij als BIM modelleur werktuigbouwkunde aan de slag op grote en uitdagende installatietechnische projecten zoals de nieuwbouw van een ziekenhuis of grote kantoorpanden? Wil jij stappen maken in digitaal bouwen in een team waar echt aandacht is voor BIM? Dan spreken wij jou graag!

Jij kan als ervaren BIM-Modelleur werktuigbouwkunde alles vertellen over de werktuigbouwkundige installaties in jouw ontworpen model. Je kent Revit tot in de nauwste details en vind het leuk om met nog meer Autodesk applicaties aan de slag te gaan. Samen met de BIM Engineer modelleer je de werktuigbouwkundige installaties, zodat hiermee het project tot in volledigheid gebouwd kan worden. Jij bent op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied. Samen met de betrokken partijen zorg je dat het model altijd afgestemd is op alle disciplines.

De kwaliteit en de output van het model ligt in jouw handen. Gelukkig ben je een echte kennisdrager en zorg je samen met het BIM-team dat die kwaliteit altijd van hoog niveau is. Je lost engineeringsvraagstukken op en kijkt continu naar verbeteringen. Als BIM team spelen we samen in op veranderingen en blijven we innoveren binnen ons vakgebied.

  • Je hebt ruime kennis van Revit;
  • Je hebt een werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond;
  • Je wil graag integraal samenwerken met jouw bouwkundige en elektrotechnische collega’s;

Dit bieden wij jou

  • Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen € 3302 en €4747 bruto per periode* (op basis van 40 uur), exclusief 8% vakantiegeld. Het exacte salaris is afhankelijk van jouw kennis, niveau en werkervaring.
  • 38 verlofdagen conform de CAO Metaal en Techniek;
  • Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een standaard verzekering van alle werknemersrisico’s, pensioenregelingen, een extra aanvulling bij arbeidsongeschiktheid en een bijdrage voor het vakbondslidmaatschap;
