Over Nexton

Nexton (circa 280 medewerkers) is sinds november 2022 onderdeel van Dura Vermeer Divisie Techniek en bestaat uit een groep van zelfstandige bedrijven die zich richten op advies, ontwerp, productontwikkeling, uitvoering en onderhoud van gebouwgebonden installaties.

Als geïntegreerd technisch dienstverlener voegt Nexton waarde toe op het gebied van smart buildings, energietransitie, circulariteit, duurzaamheid en as-a-service concepten. Daarnaast beschikt Nexton over ventures waarmee het bedrijf toegang heeft tot een netwerk van technologiepartijen met een breed scala aan innovatieve en slimme oplossingen.

Als Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van service-, onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Je bent dé technische specialist voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal functioneren.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende installaties zoals verwarmings-, koel-, luchtbehandelings- en klimaatinstallaties binnen de utiliteit. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van het oplossen van complexe storingen tot het adviseren van klanten over verbeteringen en verduurzamingsmogelijkheden.

Je komt terecht in een hecht serviceteam waarin vakmanschap, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Binnen Nexton krijg je veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Tegelijkertijd kun je rekenen op de kennis en ondersteuning van ervaren collega's.

Je werkt voor diverse klanten binnen onder andere kantoren, scholen, zorginstellingen, hotels en andere utiliteitsgebouwen. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf technisch én persoonlijk verder te ontwikkelen.

Als Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij de specialist die ervoor zorgt dat gebouwinstallaties optimaal blijven functioneren. Je combineert techniek, klantcontact en probleemoplossend vermogen in een functie met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen vertrouwen op veilige, duurzame en optimaal presterende installaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde

Zelfstandig uitvoeren van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties

Analyseren en oplossen van complexe storingen

Inbedrijfstellen, testen en optimaliseren van installaties

Adviseren van klanten over technische verbeteringen en verduurzamingsmogelijkheden

Signaleren van meerwerk en commerciële kansen

Opstellen van servicerapportages en onderhoudsverslagen

Begeleiden en ondersteunen van monteurs en collega's waar nodig

Deelnemen aan storings- en consignatiediensten

Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar

Ervaring met service en onderhoud van werktuigbouwkundige installaties

Een klantgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
