Jij weet wat het is om een bouwplaats te draaien. Daar hoeven we jou niks over uit te leggen. Wat we je wél willen vertellen: bij Dura Vermeer krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid én het vertrouwen om die rol op jouw manier te pakken: op gave projecten, dichtbij huis. Geen lange reistijden, wél zelfstandigheid, goed materieel en fijne collega’s.

Dit wordt jouw baan Op de bouwplaats stuur jij het team aan. Je zorgt dat veiligheid, planning en kwaliteit in orde zijn. Je houdt contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers en schakelt dagelijks met werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding.

Afhankelijk van het project houd jij je bezig met:

  • Aansturen van je eigen team en onderaannemers
  • Bewaken van planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouw
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten
  • Werken met digitale tools

Hoe ga je het doen? Op jouw manier. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je je werk organiseert, zolang de bouw draait. Jij bepaalt wat werkt. En: je staat er nooit alleen voor. Je kunt altijd sparren met collega’s, van werkvoorbereiding tot projectleiding.

Dit bieden wij jou

  • Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen € 5.005,- en € 6.256,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), exclusief 8% vakantiegeld. Het exacte salaris is afhankelijk van jouw kennis, niveau en werkervaring
  • Onbepaalde tijd contract en ca. 43 verlofdagen (waarvan 13 flexibel in te zetten of uit te laten betalen)

  • Voor verse vaders en partners: 100% doorbetaling van je salaris tijdens de 5 weken van het aanvullend geboorteverlof, in plaats van de standaard 70%
  • Voor de generatie die een studieschuld heeft opgebouwd tijdens het nieuwe leenstelsel is er een voordelige regeling voor de aflossing van studieschuld. Je kunt jaarlijks een bedrag van je brutosalaris inleggen om je studieschuld af te lossen. Dura Vermeer verdubbelt jouw inleg
