Dit wordt jouw baan Voordat het eerste werk op de bouwplaats begint, heb jij alles geregeld. Van planningen, afstemmingen tot techniek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten niet alleen op tijd en binnen budget opgeleverd worden, maar ook precies zo worden als we bedacht hebben.

Afhankelijk van het project houd jij je bezig met:

  • Bouwmethodes en uitvoeringsplannen
  • Contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Technische detaillering
  • Planningen straktrekken én houden
  • Kwaliteit bewaken en slim vooruitdenken

  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als zelfstandig werkvoorbereider
  • Mbo- of hbo-diploma bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar
  • Nuchtere communicatie en een oplossingsgerichte houding
  • Goede zin om het beste uit jouw werk te halen

Dit bieden wij jou

  • Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen € 4.291,- en € 5.364,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), exclusief 8% vakantiegeld. Het exacte salaris is afhankelijk van jouw kennis, niveau en werkervaring
  • Onbepaalde tijd contract en ca. 43 verlofdagen (waarvan 13 flexibel in te zetten of uit te betalen)

  • Voor verse vaders en partners: 100% doorbetaling van je salaris tijdens de 5 weken van het aanvullend geboorteverlof, in plaats van de standaard 70%
  • Voor de generatie die een studieschuld heeft opgebouwd tijdens het nieuwe leenstelsel is er een voordelige regeling voor de aflossing van studieschuld. Je kunt jaarlijks een bedrag van je brutosalaris inleggen om je studieschuld af te lossen. Dura Vermeer verdubbelt jouw inleg
