The posting

Care when it counts — from wherever you practice.

At Dutch, we’re on a mission to make high-quality veterinary care more accessible, affordable, and supportive — for both pets and the professionals who care for them. We believe care shouldn’t be limited by clinic hours or commute distance.

With Dutch, veterinary professionals can connect with clients for real advice, real prescriptions, and real impact — all from the comfort of home, supported by tools like our in-house EMR and digital workflows that help you focus on patient care.

Backed by leading investors, Dutch provides the stability and resources to support our team in delivering the highest standard of telemedicine care.

We’re seeking experienced, Credentialed Veterinary Technicians to join our growing telehealth team for in-person vaccine events. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for tech-savvy, client-focused vet techs who want to make a real impact in veterinary medicine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with clients: Connect with pet owners via in-person comms, providing support, education, and guidance on their pets’ health and well-being
  • Vaccine administration: Administer canine and/or feline vaccines
  • Medical-record documentation: Appropriately update patient records
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: Provide feedback to improve processes, systems, and workflows
  • Participating in training and process improvement: Contribute to telehealth initiatives, compliance, and team development
  • Delivering top-tier client care: Provide empathetic, high-quality service while following clinical protocols and adapting to each case
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment: Continuously learn and improve your skills to deliver excellent care
  • Growing: Opportunities to grow over time; responsibilities may expand to include more advanced clinical support and virtual care workflows

What You Bring to the Team

  • Passion for veterinary care: Driven to provide high-quality, empathetic support to pet parents
  • Strong communication skills: Confident in client education and collaborating with doctors and teammates
  • Independent and proactive: Manage priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Continuous learner: Eager to grow professionally and take on new challenges in telehealth
  • Tech-savvy and organized: Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs, EMRs, and telehealth platforms
  • Remote-ready: Comfortable sitting/standing at a computer for extended periods
  • Schedule & Availability: This position primarily requires weekend availability

Qualifications

  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, RVT)
  • 2–3+ years of clinical experience in small animal veterinary medicine; emergency or specialty experience is a plus
  • Empathetic, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Proper vaccine handling, storage, and reconstitution
  • SC/IM administration techniques
  • Proper vaccine/site selection
  • Sharps safety and appropriate disposal
  • Emergency response and basic CPR procedures
  • Comfortable with safe restraint and handling of dogs and cats
  • Able to recognize and appropriately respond to potential vaccine reactions and other medical concerns
  • Strong understanding of veterinary medical records and documentation
  • Ability to work under the supervision and protocols of a licensed veterinarian
  • Previous vaccine clinic, wellness, general practice, shelter, or high-volume veterinary experience preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
