Position Overview:

At Dutch Bros, we bring high energy, massive smiles, and genuine human connection to everything we do— and the Legal Department is no exception! We are seeking a dynamic, detail-obsessed, and customer-service minded Legal Department Coordinator to be the operational heart of our growing legal team.

As a key member of the Company’s growing Legal team, you’ll act as the central traffic controller for the entire department by providing the administrative and operational support that keeps the department running efficiently day-to-day. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Legal Department's general email inbox and internal Business Portal (the “Legal Front Door”) intake queue. Key responsibilities include intake and triage of incoming legal matters, managing registered agent portal notifications, processing physical and outgoing mail/shipping, supporting invoice reconciliation, coordinating the Chief Legal Officer's (CLO) calendar, and organizing department meetings and events.

Working closely under the direction of paralegals and attorneys, this role ensures all incoming legal matters are triaged, prioritized, and routed efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, a strict commitment to confidentiality and legal privilege, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Company’s registered agent portal; actively monitor and ensure formal acknowledgement of all incoming Service of Process (“SOP”) notifications and legal notices for timely intake
  • Ensure consistency with intake setup by reviewing new submissions for completeness, categorizing requests, and timely assignment to the appropriate paralegal or attorney team member for processing

Calendar Support & Meeting Coordination

  • Manage the CLO's calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and resolving conflicting meeting requests
  • Coordinate Legal Department meetings, including scheduling, setting up virtual/in-person logistics, distributing agendas, and capturing notes and action items
  • Support planning and coordination of Legal Department events, such as team lunches, celebrations, and other engagement activities

Mail & Shipping

  • Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming physical mail and packages for the Legal Department, including time-sensitive items such as service of process, as directed by paralegals and attorneys
  • Prepare, process, and coordinate outgoing mail and shipments for the Legal Department, including tracking and confirming delivery
  • Scan and file incoming and outgoing correspondence in accordance with the department's document retention protocols

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
