Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Microsoft On\-Premises\-Umgebungen mit und willst mehr als nur Systeme betreiben? In unserem Team Smart Workplace verantwortest du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft On\-Premises\-Plattform sowie unserer Citrix Virtual Apps und Desktops Umgebung. Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung, denkst Architektur ganzheitlich und setzt auf saubere Standards sowie reproduzierbare Automatisierung. Als technische Schlüsselfigur im Bereich IT Services bringst du Themen gemeinsam mit Network und Security nachhaltig voran.

Was dich erwartet -----------------

  • Du konzipierst, setzt um und entwickelst anspruchsvolle Microsoft On\-Prem Lösungen weiter, insbesondere Windows Server und Active Directory und Applikation Integration.
  • Du betreibst unsere Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Plattform inklusive Gateway und ADC und verantwortest deren Lifecycle.
  • Du leitest technische Projekte von Migrationen, Modernisierungen und Upgrades bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb.
  • Du analysierst komplexe Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level, findest die Ursache und behebst sie nachhaltig.
  • Du treibst Automatisierung und Standardisierung voran und dokumentierst Lösungen, Standards und Betriebsprozesse.
  • Du teilst dein Wissen im Team und übernimmst Pikettbereitschaft (ca. alle 2 Monate).

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Informatik Ausbildung (EFZ, HF, FH) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer in Microsoft On Premises Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Active Directory
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Gateway und ADC
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder verhandlungssicher)
  • Makelloser und Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung mit Strafregisterauszug

Von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Identity und Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM)
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL\-Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Automatisierung mit PowerShell und Configuration Management
