Die DV Bern entwickelt Software und betreibt IT Services für öffentliche Verwaltungen und Unternehmen aus regulierten Branchen. Im Team Smart Workplace verstärkst du unser Client Management und betreust Windows und Apple Geräte über den gesamten Lifecycle, in Cloud und Hybridumgebungen. Du arbeitest mit NinjaOne, Microsoft Intune und Microsoft Entra ID und setzt konsequent auf Standardisierung und Automatisierung. Unser Massstab ist eine hohe Servicequalität und die Zufriedenheit unserer der Aufgaben in Fliesstext.

Was dich erwartet -----------------

  • Du betreibst das Client Management mit NinjaOne, Microsoft Intune und Microsoft Entra ID und entwickelst es weiter.
  • Du stellst Windows Geräte mit NinjaOne und Windows Autopilot bereit und verwaltest macOS und iOS über den Apple Business Manager.
  • Du steuerst Updates, Treiber und Firmware mit NinjaOne und Microsoft Intune und überwachst die Compliance.
  • Du konzipierst und pflegst Policies für Konfiguration, Compliance und Security, zum Beispiel BitLocker, Windows LAPS, Microsoft Defender und Security Baselines.
  • Du paketierst und verteilst Anwendungen (MSI, EXE, Microsoft 365 Apps) über den gesamten Lifecycle und automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit PowerShell, NinjaOne und Microsoft Graph.
  • Du analysierst Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level bis zur Ursache und bearbeitest Incidents, Problems und Changes in unserem ITSM Tool.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Security und Network zusammen und übernimmst Pikettbereitschaft

Das bringst du mit ----------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbar, Weiterbildung HF oder FH von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client Management mit NinjaOne oder einer vergleichbaren RMM\-Lösung sowie mit Microsoft Intune und Windows 11
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Hybrid Join, MFA), Group Policies und Patch Management
  • Erfahrung mit Endpoint Security, zum Beispiel Microsoft Defender, ESET, BitLocker und Windows LAPS
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL Prozessen und einem ITSM Tool
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder verhandlungssicher)
  • Makelloser und Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung mit Strafregisterauszug

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit Windows Autopilot
  • Erfahrung mit dem Apple Business Manager und der Verwaltung von Apple Geräten
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Graph und JSON
  • Zertifizierung Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD\-102\)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
