En nuestra Casa Matriz ubicada en Lampa, estamos en búsqueda de un Técnico de Servicios Generales para incorporarse a nuestro equipo.

El objetivo del cargo será atender y resolver requerimientos de mantención, procurando que las instalaciones se encuentren en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento, seguridad, orden y presentación.

Buscamos una persona multifuncional, práctica y resolutiva, con conocimientos básicos en distintas áreas de mantenimiento y capacidad para atender diferentes necesidades que puedan surgir en el día a día de las oficinas.

Principales funciones:

  • Realizar trabajos de mantención preventiva y correctiva menor en oficinas, salas de reuniones, baños y áreas comunes.
  • Ejecutar reparaciones básicas de gasfitería, como cambio de llaves, flexibles, sifones, sellos y otras reparaciones menores.
  • Realizar trabajos de pintura y reparación de superficies, manteniendo una buena presentación de los espacios.
  • Ejecutar trabajos básicos de carpintería, como reparación, ajuste e instalación de puertas, muebles, repisas y otros elementos.
  • Realizar reparaciones y ajustes menores de mobiliario y equipamiento de oficina.
  • Apoyar en trabajos básicos de electricidad, tales como cambio de luminarias, interruptores u otras tareas menores, según sus conocimientos y competencias.
  • Apoyar en el armado, instalación, traslado y distribución de mobiliario dentro de las oficinas.
  • Atender requerimientos de mantención de las distintas áreas administrativas.
  • Realizar revisiones periódicas de las instalaciones para detectar desperfectos o necesidades de reparación.
  • Mantener herramientas y materiales de trabajo en buenas condiciones y correctamente almacenados.
  • Coordinar o informar oportunamente aquellos requerimientos que necesiten la intervención de proveedores o personal especializado.
  • Apoyar en otras labores relacionadas con la mantención y habilitación de espacios administrativos, según las necesidades de la empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en cargos de mantención, servicios generales o similares.
  • Conocimientos prácticos básicos en gasfitería, pintura, carpintería y electricidad.
  • Experiencia en mantención de oficinas, edificios, instalaciones o espacios administrativos (deseable).
  • Capacidad para realizar reparaciones menores de manera autónoma.
  • Responsabilidad, compromiso y orientación al detalle.
  • Buena disposición para atender requerimientos de distintas áreas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Lampa.
