We're looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer who combines deep .NET engineering expertise with modern AI development practices. This role is ideal for a senior software engineer who can build robust APIs, cloud-native services, AI orchestration layers, and enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Azure AI technologies.
This is a hands-on engineering opportunity where you'll architect, build, and deploy production-ready AI systems rather than experiment in isolated proof-of-concepts.
What You'll Do
As a Principal AI Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise AI capabilities that are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and building enterprise-grade AI applications using C#, .NET, and Azure.
- Developing high-performance APIs and microservices that integrate with AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Building intelligent applications leveraging Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous task execution and workflow orchestration.
- Developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and semantic search.
- Building reusable platform services that enable AI adoption across the broader technology landscape.
- Creating robust integration layers between AI services and enterprise platforms.
- Implementing MLOps and DevOps practices to support reliable AI deployment and monitoring.
- Ensuring solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
Strong .NET Engineering Background
You are first and foremost an exceptional software engineer.
You'll bring:
- 6-8+ years of software development experience.
- Advanced C# and .NET expertise.
- Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong SQL and database design knowledge.
- Experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
Azure & Cloud-Native Development
You'll have hands-on experience with:
