Position: Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for the company and will play a key role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and increase brand awareness

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth

- Manage all marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies

- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to optimize results

- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other relevant partners

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies

- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

- Report on marketing activities and results to senior management on a regular basis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software, such as Google Analytics and CRM systems

- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our London office. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of sales and marketing and will work closely with the sales team.
