Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

✓ Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter ✓ spezifische Förderung der Mitarbeiter durch Vermittlung von fachspezifischen Kenntnissen ✓ Unterweisung, Einweisung und Belehrung von Mitarbeitern ✓ Sicherstellung der Dienstleistung ✓ Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle für Kunden, Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeiter im Tagesgeschäft ✓ Durchführung von Kontrollen, Berichts- und Prüfungshandlungen ✓ Auswertung von Überwachungstechnik ✓ Führungs- und Nachweisdokumentation ✓ Mitarbeit bei projektbezogenen Sonderaufgaben

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

✓ zuverlässige, teamfähige, freundliche Persönlichkeit mit einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild ✓ Nachweis über den Abschluss als Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft (GSSK) erforderlich ✓ ausgeprägte Kommunikationsbereitschaft ✓ Bereitschaft zum Schicht- und Wochenenddienst ✓ gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zumindest B2) ✓ ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis ✓ Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil ✓ Erste Hilfe Ausbildung von Vorteil
