Los agentes autónomos gobernados por políticas anticipan problemas, optimizan el rendimiento y respaldan la remediación con control de personas en el ciclo, cambiando las operaciones del soporte reactivo a la entrega de servicios resilientes y preventivos.

Acerca del Puesto

Proporcionar soporte en sitio al ambiente tecnológico de las personas usuarias en planta y centro de distribución. Como analista de Servicios de Infraestructura, deberás efectuar tareas de soporte en sitio a usuarias y usuarios finales sobre microinformática, gestionar el ciclo de vida de los casos en Service Now, responder por el cumplimiento de los SLAs (tiempos de atención comprometidos), generar y entregar informes de gestión cuando sea requerido.

Atender los casos en los tiempos establecidos conforme a los SLAs y cumpliendo con los requisitos de documentación y seguimiento de estos.

Llevar el control de los activos de la sede, asegurar el correcto ciclo de asignación de los equipos, apoyar las áreas de ventas y los equipos de recursos humanos. Soportar y escalar incidentes asociados a redes, servidores y líneas de producción.

Interactuarás directamente con responsables de recursos humanos del cliente y líderes de sitio. Este es un cargo para trabajar de manera presencial en las instalaciones del cliente en turnos rotativos para cubrir un horario de servicio de lunes a sábado de 7 a.m. a 9 p.m., cumpliendo las 42 horas laborales semanales según ley.

En caso de actualizaciones tecnológicas de 4 a 6 al año, este cargo puede requerir trabajar en días festivos.

Funciones Esenciales del Puesto

· Interactúar con las personas usuarias para resolver los incidentes y requerimientos asociados a su ambiente de microinformática que lleguen por la herramienta Service Now.

· Realizar actividades rutinarias de instalación, traslado, adición y modificación (IMACD) siguiendo procedimientos y procesos establecidos. Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas básicos. Escalar aquellos incidentes que no puedan resolverse y que necesiten ser atendidos por los demás grupos solucionadores como, por ejemplo, redes, servidores, seguridad, entre otros.

· Apoyar con actividades de sitio a proyectos de implementación de infraestructura o renovación tecnológica de equipos de cómputo, servidores y redes.

· Realizar mantenimientos preventivos a laptops y desktops de las personas usuarias.

· Mantener el inventario de la localidad al día, llevar el control de inventario de la sede y responder con los reportes de estado cuando sean solicitados.

· Seguir los lineamientos de los procesos de atención establecidos y mantener una comunicación continua con la coordinación del servicio.

Requisitos Básicos

· Contar con formación relacionada con técnico, tecnólogo o ingeniero/ingeniera de sistemas.

· Conocimiento en solución a incidentes en ambientes de microinformática (Office, VPNs, antivirus, bases de datos, etc.), solución a problemas de red, manejo de herramienta de gestión ITMS (Service Now), donde debas crear y/o recibir casos, documentar y cerrar.

· Mínimo 2 años de experiencia laboral en soporte a usuarias y usuarios y microinformática en empresas con más de 200 usuarias y usuarios.

· Contar con los siguientes conocimientos:

· Service Now.

· Office 365.

· Windows.

· Dispositivos móviles como Hand Held y celulares.

· Conceptos de redes.

· Conocimiento en impresoras multifuncionales.

· VPNs y sistemas de seguridad como CyberArk.

· Inglés básico-técnico.
