Nossa área de Modern Workplace é responsável por oferecer soluções inovadoras que garantem ambientes de trabalho digitais seguros, eficientes e colaborativos. Atuamos com tecnologias de ponta para suportar operações críticas, garantindo alta disponibilidade, produtividade e experiência superior para nossos clientes.

Funções essenciais do cargo

  • Prestar suporte técnico de primeiro nível em serviços de infraestrutura, atendendo usuários finais em diferentes tecnologias e ferramentas corporativas.
  • Auxiliar na operação e manutenção de ambientes de TI, contribuindo para a continuidade dos serviços.
  • Participar do monitoramento de sistemas e apoiar a identificação e resolução de incidentes e solicitações rotineiras.
  • Colaborar em projetos de implantação, migração e melhoria contínua de serviços de infraestrutura.
  • Apoiar atividades relacionadas a redes, sistemas operacionais, dispositivos de usuário final e ferramentas de colaboração corporativa.
  • Contribuir para a criação, atualização e manutenção da documentação técnica e operacional.
  • Seguir processos, padrões e melhores práticas estabelecidos para a prestação de serviços.
  • Atuar no suporte aos usuários finais, garantindo uma experiência positiva e eficiente no uso dos recursos tecnológicos.

Qualificações básicas

  • Conhecimento básico em suporte técnico e/ou infraestrutura de TI.
  • Familiaridade com ambientes corporativos, incluindo Windows, redes, Active Directory ou ferramentas de colaboração.
  • Experiência ou conhecimento em atendimento a usuários e registro e acompanhamento de chamados.
  • Formação técnica concluída ou ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos em tecnologias de cloud, colaboração digital, dispositivos modernos e serviços de infraestrutura.
  • Boa comunicação, colaboração e foco na experiência do usuário.
  • Proatividade para aprendizado contínuo e comprometimento com qualidade e processos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Cajati - SP.

Qualificações desejáveis

  • Conhecimento em Microsoft 365 e ferramentas de produtividade corporativa.
  • Noções de administração de usuários e grupos em Active Directory.
  • Experiência prévia em suporte técnico, service desk ou field services.
  • Conhecimento básico em redes, conectividade e troubleshooting.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas ITSM para gestão de chamados e solicitações.
  • Conhecimento básico ou interesse em tecnologias de computação em nuvem.
