Os serviços de Cibersegurança da DXC ajudam os clientes a avaliar riscos e a lidar proativamente com todos os aspectos do seu ambiente de segurança, de inteligência de ameaças a conformidade. Utilizamos metodologias comprovadas, automação inteligente e parceiros líderes do setor para adaptar soluções de segurança às necessidades específicas de cada cliente.

Funções essenciais do cargo:

  • Prestar suporte L2 para Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory e ambientes de identidade híbrida.
  • Analisar e solucionar incidentes relacionados à autenticação, autorização, provisionamento, sincronização e controle de acessos.
  • Administrar usuários, grupos, funções, contas privilegiadas e processos de joiner, mover e leaver.
  • Suportar MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, SSPR, Microsoft Entra Connect e Privileged Identity Management.
  • Realizar troubleshooting de Active Directory, incluindo DNS, GPO, replicação e controladores de domínio.
  • Investigar eventos de segurança relacionados à identidade e apoiar auditorias e certificações de acesso.
  • Automatizar atividades de IAM utilizando PowerShell e Microsoft Graph.
  • Criar documentação técnica e colaborar com as áreas de Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Microsoft 365 e Service Desk.

Qualificações básicas:

  • Experiência em Identity and Access Management, Microsoft Entra ID e Active Directory.
  • Conhecimento de ambientes híbridos, administração de identidades, RBAC e acessos privilegiados.
  • Experiência com MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, SSPR, PIM e Microsoft Entra Connect.
  • Conhecimento de LDAP, Kerberos, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 e OpenID Connect.
  • Experiência com PowerShell e Microsoft Graph.
  • Conhecimento de Zero Trust, least privilege e segurança de identidades.
  • Boa capacidade analítica, organização, comunicação e resolução de problemas.

Qualificações desejáveis:

  • Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande escala ou multinacionais.
  • Conhecimento de Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Intune e Entra ID Governance.
  • Experiência com migrações de Active Directory, Microsoft 365 ou consolidação de tenants.
  • Familiaridade com ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD, GDPR e SOX.
  • Conhecimento de Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Python ou APIs REST.
  • Formação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Segurança da Informação ou áreas relacionadas será considerada um diferencial.
