你将全面负责内容中台产品矩阵（涵盖CMS内容管理、DAM数字资产、TMS翻译管理等系统）的规划与演进，为前台业务（官方APP、Web官网、微信小程序/公众号等）提供统一、高效、高质量的内容供应链支撑。 同时，你将作为AI+内容的先锋，探索并落地AIGC（AI生成内容）与智能化内容治理在度假区复杂业务场景中的应用，用技术驱动内容生产效率的飞跃，为全球游客打造卓越的数字体验。

核心职责 (Key Responsibilities) 1. 内容中台产品规划与迭代 - 负责度假区内容中台（CMS、DAM、TMS等）的产品规划、功能设计与全生命周期管理。 - 深入理解业务需求，抽象通用能力，构建灵活、可扩展的内容模型与元数据体系，支撑多站点、多语言、多终端（APP/Web/WeChat）的内容统一管理与高效分发。 - 持续优化内容生产、审核、发布工作流，提升跨团队协作效率，确保全球游客获取到准确、一致、生动的度假区资讯。

2. AI辅助内容生成与治理落地 - 跟踪AIGC前沿技术与行业最佳实践，结合度假区业务场景（如：商品描述生成、多语言翻译、图片/视频素材处理、SEO优化等），设计AI辅助内容创作与治理的产品方案。 - 推动AI能力在中台系统的无缝集成，实现从“人工生产”到“人机协同”的范式升级，降低内容运营成本，提升内容个性化与时效性。

3. 多渠道数字体验交付 - 作为内容与前端体验的桥梁，制定统一的内容API规范与分发策略，确保内容在不同渠道（APP、Web、微信生态等）的一致渲染与极致体验。 - 协同前端、客户端团队，探索组件化、个性化推荐等能力，提升最终用户的浏览与交互体验。

4. 生态协同与项目管理 - 深入理解内容创作者、运营人员、翻译团队及开发团队的痛点，收集并分析需求，输出高质量的产品文档（PRD）、原型及交互说明。 - 协调内部研发、设计、测试及外部供应商资源，确保项目按时、高质量交付，并持续进行数据追踪与产品迭代。

任职要求 (Qualifications) 1. 经验背景 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、数字媒体或相关专业优先。 - 3年以上中后台产品经理经验，必须具备CMS（内容管理系统）、DAM（数字资产管理系统）或TMS（翻译管理系统）等至少一类系统的从0到1或大型迭代经验。 - 有文旅、电商、零售或大型品牌官网等“重内容、重体验”行业经验者优先。

2. 专业技能 - 熟悉内容供应链全流程，对多语言、多站点、多渠道的内容管理架构有深刻理解。 - 具备优秀的逻辑抽象能力，能将复杂的业务场景抽象为通用的中台产品能力。 - 熟悉Headless CMS（无头CMS）、内容API化、Jamstack等现代内容架构理念者加分。

3. AI产品思维（加分项） -对生成式AI（LLM、多模态生成等）有浓厚兴趣，有AIGC产品落地经验（如：智能写作助手、AI作图、智能审核、知识库问答等）者优先。 能够清晰定义AI能力的人机交互边界与内容安全治理策略。

4. 综合素质 - 出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够用技术语言和业务语言与不同角色顺畅对话。 - 结果导向，具备良好的数据敏感度，能通过数据分析驱动产品优化。 - 英语听说读写流利，能熟练阅读英文技术文档及海外产品资料，具备良好的英文口语沟通能力，适应国际化工作环境。
