  • Translate market insights, customer perspectives, and business priorities into clear marketing initiatives and programmes.
  • Review existing campaigns, events, commitments, and marketing activities to identify priorities, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop integrated regional marketing plans with clear priorities, timelines, ownership, and dependencies.
  • Maintain visibility across regional marketing activities and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

Marketing Programme Delivery

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of regional marketing initiatives across relevant marketing disciplines.
  • Manage programme timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Ensure marketing activities are executed effectively and aligned with agreed business and customer priorities.
  • Coordinate campaigns, events, customer programmes, and other regional marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively address delivery challenges and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Customer & Account-Based Marketing

  • Partner closely with Sales, account leaders, and market-facing teams to understand priority customers, strategic accounts, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop targeted marketing engagement plans for priority customers, accounts, and communities.
  • Align account-based marketing (ABM) activities with account objectives and identified business opportunities.
  • Support customer engagement programmes, industry initiatives, forums, events, and executive engagement activities.
  • Ensure regional marketing activities are aligned with customer needs and account priorities.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales, account teams, and regional stakeholders.
  • Establish a regular operating cadence to coordinate activities, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Lead discussions on marketing plans, progress, risks, opportunities, and required actions.
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of planned and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Measurement & Optimisation

  • Establish success measures aligned with regional marketing priorities and business outcomes.
  • Monitor programme delivery, marketing activities, and available performance data.
  • Provide regular reporting on programme execution, customer engagement, participation, visibility, and business impact.
  • Gather structured stakeholder feedback and market insights to assess effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise marketing programmes and incorporate learnings into future plans.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of outcomes, lessons learned, and priorities for upcoming planning cycles.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within B2B marketing, regional marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, integrated marketing, or account-based marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated regional marketing plans, campaigns, and programmes.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales and account teams to support customer engagement, pipeline, growth, and broader business priorities.
  • Good understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and customer-focused marketing approaches.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, events, customer programmes, industry initiatives, or executive engagement activities.
  • Strong programme and project management capability, with demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Experience using marketing performance data, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate and optimise marketing activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working across countries, business functions, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic marketing planning with hands-on programme execution.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, technology, IT services, or technology solutions serving the Insurance industry.
  • Experience marketing enterprise technology, IT services, digital transformation, cloud, applications, data/AI, or related technology solutions.
  • Experience working with strategic enterprise accounts and supporting account-level marketing plans.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Marketo Engage, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear, practical, and executable regional Insurance marketing plan.
  • Strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, and priority account teams.
  • Consistent and timely delivery of agreed regional marketing programmes.
  • Effective customer and strategic account engagement.
  • Clear measurement and reporting of marketing activities and outcomes.
  • Continuous improvement based on market insights, programme performance, customer needs, and stakeholder feedback.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
