  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning consulting, product, sales, solutioning, technology, and delivery to develop and execute client strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts and new markets, leveraging industry expertise, client relationships, and market intelligence to expand business relationships and revenue.
  • Drive business development and opportunity shaping, collaborating with sales and senior leadership to develop compelling value propositions, account strategies, pursuit plans, and differentiated solutions.
  • Bring thought leadership and innovation to clients by identifying emerging industry trends, disruptive technologies, new business models, and opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Provide strategic input to sales and marketing initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, industry propositions, client messaging, executive briefings, and market campaigns.

  • Translate market and client insights into actionable strategies that strengthen competitive positioning and create new business opportunities.
  • Partner with delivery and solution teams to ensure proposed strategies are commercially viable, differentiated, and aligned with client expectations and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to revenue and margin growth by building a sustainable pipeline, supporting strategic pursuits, expanding client relationships, and helping achieve business development targets.
  • Represent the organization as a Life Insurance industry thought leader through client engagements, industry forums, executive presentations, and relevant market-facing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
