Jij bent geboren voor digitale marketing en hebt een interesse en achtergrond in vastgoed. Je voelt het al kriebelen en barst van de creatieve ideeën om onze unieke nieuwbouw- en vastgoedprojecten strategisch in de markt te zetten en een succesvolle customer journey uit te bouwen. Samen met het team bouw je het merkverhaal op en zorg je voor de offline en online marketing.

Vastgoedprojecten

  • Je maakt en publiceert content voor Instagram, Facebook en Pinterest.
  • Je ontwerpt visuals voor advertenties, campagnes en werfcommunicatie.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse marketingoperaties zoals het beheren van leads en het up-to-date houden van platforms zoals Immoweb.
  • Je helpt mee aan een consistente en aantrekkelijke merkuitstraling.
  • Je draagt bij aan onze nieuwsbrieven met de juiste tone of voice en huisstijl.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van events en openkijkdagen.
  • Je helpt mee de website te onderhouden en verder uit te bouwen.

Verhuurprojecten studnetenresidenties

  • Je maakt en publiceert content voor social media, inclusief het filmen en monteren van video’s.
  • Je bent thuis in TikTok en kent het platform door en door en weet hoe je onze doelgroep er optimaal bereikt.
  • Je bent niet bang om zelf voor de camera te stappen.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en gaat zelfstandig op pad in Leuven om content te filmen.
  • Je helpt mee de website te onderhouden en verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een consistente en aantrekkelijke merkuitstraling.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt 2-3 jaar ervaring in marketing en social media.
  • Je bent creatief en visueel ingesteld, met een sterk gevoel voor design.
  • Je experimenteert graag met social media, content, video en campagnes.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van videobewerkingssoftware zoals Capcut, Imovie of vergelijkbare tools.
  • Je werkt vlot met Canva en hebt basiskennis in Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Je hebt interesse in social media.
  • Je hebt kennis van en inzicht in hoe paid ads werken en je weet hoe je de belangrijkste metrics kan lezen/interpreteren.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
