Job requirements

• Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a BS/BA or MS in Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated interest in public equities, company analysis, and long/short investing, shown through internships, coursework, investing clubs, stock pitches, personal research, or market-related projects. • Strong accounting, financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, or a clear motivation to develop them quickly. • Confident using data, research platforms, and AI tools to support investment analysis, while maintaining independent judgement, critically evaluating AI-generated outputs and verifying key information against reliable sources; working knowledge of agentic AI workflows and Python/SQL is a plus. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in research, modelling, and written materials. • Candidates should be able to commit to a six-month fellowship and be open to spending part of the programme in either our Hong Kong or Singapore office, depending on rotation needs and business requirements. • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, or other regional language skills would be valuable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
