The posting

Dyna Robotics builds general-purpose robots powered by a proprietary embodied AI foundation model with top-in-industry generalization and real-world performance. Already deployed with customers across multiple industries, our robots do commercial-grade work in the physical world. Our team comes from Google DeepMind, Meta, and Cruise, and we're backed by CRV, First Round, and other leading investors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be the operational backbone for our founders and the office. This is a high-urgency, high-autonomy role: things change by the hour, and we need someone who handles them without being chased. You’ll own the details so the team can focus on building.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Executive support and coordination

- Manage and protect the founders' calendars, prioritize competing requests, and resolve conflicts quickly.

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, customer demos, and visits, including logistics, preparation, and follow-up.

- Serve as a key point of contact between the founders and internal teams, customers, investors, and external partners.

- Track action items and commitments, ensuring important follow-ups don't get lost.

Travel, Events & Ops

- Own domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, last-minute changes, and rebooking.

- Plan and execute team offsites, company events, and other activities end to end.

- Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors for events and office needs.

- Help coordinate office logistics and day-to-day operational needs as they arise.

Special Projects

- Support recruiting coordination, candidate visits, and interview logistics.

- Partner with the founders and broader team on special projects and ad hoc initiatives.

- Spot operational gaps, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of tasks that don't have an obvious owner.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- 3+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similarly fast-paced role. Experience in tech startups, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting is a plus.

- Extremely fast and reliable. You move with urgency, follow through on commitments, and don't need to be chased.

- High autonomy and strong judgment. You're comfortable making decisions independently, anticipating problems, and figuring things out with limited direction.

- Exceptionally organized. You can manage competing priorities, keep track of the smallest details, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Adaptable and resourceful. You're comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and tasks that don't fit neatly into a job description.

- Excellent communicator. You're clear, concise, and professional with founders, teammates, investors, vendors, and visitors.

- Discreet and trustworthy. You handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and professionalism.

- Able to work on-site in Redwood City and travel occasionally.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Direct exposure to the founders and a front-row seat at a fast-growing robotics company

- Meaningful autonomy and ownership from day one.

At Dyna Robotics, we build technology for the real world, which requires a team as diverse as the environments our robots inhabit. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to technical rigor and mutual respect.

Don’t let a checklist stop you. Data shows that underrepresented groups often only apply if they meet 100% of the criteria. We value problem-solving and grit over keyword matching. If you’re passionate about robotics, no matter your discipline, we want to hear from you, even if you don't check every box.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
