🧭 How We Hire: The Head, Heart, and Briefcase
At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we believe great performance comes from alignment across three areas:

Every step of our process is designed to understand you in all three areas. It’s how we ensure the best mutual fit, not just for what you can do, but for how you’ll thrive here long-term.
You’ll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes <20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise clear, timely communication throughout.

🌍 Your Purpose
As our Learning & Development Partner, you’ll help team members build confidence, leaders strengthen their skills, and learning that keeps pace with Dynamic’s growth. Your work will support three priorities: Work Readiness, Leadership Development, and Enable Individual Growth.
As an individual contributor on the People Operations team, reporting to the Organizational Development Manager, you’ll own professional hire onboarding, develop practical curriculum, and keep existing learning programs accurate, relevant, and effective. You’ll partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and our Training Specialist to turn business needs into learning experiences that prepare people for today’s responsibilities and tomorrow’s opportunities.
💪 What You’ll Do
- Own professional hire onboarding, partnering with hiring leaders, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to create consistent experiences and role-specific learning plans that help new team members contribute with confidence.
- Identify learning needs and skill gaps, connecting development priorities to the needs of the business as Dynamic grows.
- Design and launch curriculum for new and emerging leaders, ongoing leadership development, coaching skills, professional development, and individual learning pathways.
- Build practical learning resources, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids, using instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended formats.
- Keep learning programs current and accessible, sharing LMS administration with the Training Specialist, auditing content, coordinating updates, and maintaining a shared training resource library.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness, using feedback, participation, and completion data to recommend improvements and supporting Compliance and Technology with training records for audits.
- Facilitate engaging training and advise business partners, helping teams choose effective delivery approaches, solve training challenges, and connect team members with learning and stretch opportunities.
🎓 What You Bring (Briefcase)
- An associate degree in any field. Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- More than three years of experience in adult education within a business environment, including instructional design, content and program development, and facilitation.
- Preferred: Education or a degree in an education- or business-related field.
- Preferred: Experience designing and running professional hire onboarding programs within a corporate training or shared service function.
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, ITAD, recycling, or another operations environment.

❤️ Who You Are (Heart)
You’re energized by helping people grow—and by turning that passion into programs that work. You connect quickly with others, ask thoughtful questions, and listen closely enough to understand what people need to succeed.
You bring warmth to the learning experience and structure to the work behind it. You take ownership, follow through, and look for ways to improve as needs change. Whether you’re welcoming a new team member or helping a leader build confidence, you care about what people can do with what they’ve learned.
