Job Description

  • Assist with ICT device management, software installation, troubleshooting, and asset tracking.
  • Support Desktop Engineers with technical issues, password resets, and user assistance.
  • Assist with ICT equipment procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain ICT accounts and update the school website.
  • Coordinate AV equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Media Studio equipment and support studio programmes.
  • Conduct quarterly AV equipment stock takes and report losses or damages.
  • Provide AV support for lessons, school events, and virtual activities.
  • Support Media Club CCA activities and manage the TV Messaging System.
  • Take, edit, and process photos for school event sand publications.

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or a related field.
  • Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills; proactive team player.
  • Familiar with operating and maintaining ICT and AV equipment in a school environment.
  • Preferably 3 years ofcoaching experience in ICT-related programmes
