Job Description

  • Assist FCE teachers in preparing lessons and practical sessions.
  • Handle inventory, kitchen equipment maintenance and food ingredient orders.
  • Prepare and portion food ingredients while maintaining proper hygiene standards.
  • Clean the kitchen and utensils after each lesson.
  • Conduct stock taking of food and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist with school events when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by school management

Requirements

  • Must possess a Food Safety Course Level 1certificate (SSG) or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with initiative.
  • Relevant experience in a school environment is an advantage.
