Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar análise de crédito de clientes Pessoa Jurídica (PJ/B2B);
  • Avaliar informações cadastrais, financeiras e comportamentais dos clientes;
  • Analisar demonstrações financeiras, indicadores e capacidade de pagamento;
  • Definir e recomendar limites e condições de crédito conforme políticas e critérios estabelecidos;
  • Apoiar a criação, revisão e implantação de políticas e regras de crédito;
  • Contribuir para a estruturação dos processos e rotinas da área de Crédito;
  • Desenvolver e aprimorar critérios, fluxos e indicadores de análise de crédito;
  • Acompanhar clientes, limites concedidos e exposição ao risco;
  • Apoiar processos relacionados à cobrança e gestão da inadimplência;
  • Interagir com áreas internas para suporte às decisões de crédito;
  • Utilizar e contribuir para o aprimoramento de sistemas e ferramentas financeiras;
  • Apoiar análises relacionadas a risco e tomada de decisão;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
  • Análise de crédito PJ/B2B;
  • Análise de demonstrações financeiras (Balanço Patrimonial e DRE);
  • Indicadores financeiros e análise de capacidade de pagamento;
  • Gestão de risco de crédito;
  • Políticas, regras e critérios de concessão de crédito;
  • Conhecimento de processos financeiros;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de análise financeira;
  • Conhecimento em cobrança e gestão de inadimplência;
  • Conhecimento do mercado financeiro;
  • Conhecimento intermediário do pacote office;
  • Conhecimento em avaliação de riscos e capacidade financeira, análise de demonstrações financeiras, definição ou recomendação de limites e aplicação de regras e critérios de crédito.

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Finanças, Crédito, Risco ou áreas relacionada;
  • Experiência em mercado financeiro, processos de cobrança e gestão de inadimplência;
  • Conhecimento ou vivência com FIDC.
