Principais responsabilidades do cargo:

  • Aprender e aplicar conceitos básicos de Quality Assurance (QA), participando de testes funcionais, exploratórios e validações simples de software com apoio da equipe;
  • Auxiliar na utilização das ferramentas da área, como sistemas de gerenciamento de tarefas, testes e controle de versão (Git, Jira, entre outros), apoiando a organização das atividades do time;
  • Apoiar a execução e documentação de casos de teste, contribuindo para a identificação de falhas e melhoria contínua dos produtos;
  • Auxiliar no registro e acompanhamento de bugs e inconsistências identificadas durante os testes, garantindo organização e clareza das informações;
  • Participar do entendimento de requisitos e funcionalidades dos produtos, contribuindo com dúvidas, observações e validações básicas durante o desenvolvimento;
  • Apoiar o aprendizado de ferramentas e práticas relacionadas a testes automatizados, desenvolvendo gradualmente conhecimentos técnicos na área de QA;
  • Utilizar ferramentas dos sistemas, como logs, eventos e bancos de dados, com acompanhamento da equipe, para apoiar investigações e validações de comportamento das aplicações;
  • Compreender a integração entre produtos e sistemas da empresa, colaborando para uma comunicação eficiente entre os times envolvidos;
  • Apoiar a realização de testes em diferentes ambientes e dispositivos, contribuindo para garantir o funcionamento adequado das aplicações;
  • Auxiliar na organização de documentações, evidências de testes e registros das atividades executadas;
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a equipe, compartilhando aprendizados e buscando desenvolvimento técnico e profissional contínuo;
  • Contribuir e disseminar práticas de segurança de informação e privacidade de dados confidenciais e restritos, no que diz respeito às rotinas do departamento e empresa.

Formação acadêmica:

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Ciências da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas da Informação, Engenharias e áreas afins.
