Job Description

Scott Petroleum Convenience Stores is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner. • Provide information about products and promotions. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently. • Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach. • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

2. Safety and Compliance:

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed. • Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and recording transactions.
