Support the Technology That Keeps Manufacturing Moving

DYOPATH is hiring a Desktop Support Analyst II to support technology in a large-scale manufacturing environment where uptime, responsiveness, and hands-on troubleshooting directly impact daily operations. This isn't a traditional office-based support role.

As a Desktop Support Analyst II, you'll work directly with production teams, troubleshoot hardware issues, support operational technology, and help keep critical business systems running.

If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, field support, and working where technology directly impacts operations, we'd love to hear from you.

What Makes This Desktop Support Analyst II Opportunity Unique?

Unlike many Desktop Support positions, this Desktop Support Analyst II role provides exposure to:

  • Manufacturing technology
  • Operational Technology (OT)
  • Production-support environments
  • Industrial hardware
  • Business-critical operations

You'll work directly with:

  • Desktop computers
  • Printers
  • Scanners
  • Barcode devices
  • Peripheral equipment
  • Manufacturing support systems

A typical day may include troubleshooting workstations, supporting barcode scanners and printers, assisting production personnel, replacing hardware, and helping maintain technology used throughout manufacturing operations.

Benefits Overview

  • Aguinaldo (25 days – above legal requirement)
  • Vacation + 25% premium
  • IMSS + Major medical insurance (family included)
  • Monthly savings fund + pantry vouchers
  • Access to client-provided transportation routes
  • Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
  • Paid life events leave (parental, marriage, bereavement)

You May Be a Great Fit If Your Background Includes

  • Manufacturing IT support
  • Industrial or production-floor technology support
  • Warehouse or logistics technology
  • On-site desktop support
  • Field service or field support
  • Hands-on hardware repair
  • Operational Technology support
  • Technical support for business-critical operations

Direct manufacturing or OT experience is preferred, but it is not the only path to success. We encourage candidates with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience, comfort in an industrial setting, and the ability to learn new technology to apply.

Realistic Job Preview: This Desktop Support Analyst II position includes:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
