About Us

Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations and more people.

We push the boundaries of what others have defined as possible. Our approach starts with an engineering mindset and different thinking. Then we continuously refine our ideas – unwilling to compromise and driven by an obsession for finding a better way.

Our new product teams take radical new ideas and develop them into reality. They explore the limits of our technology and optimise it through relentless experimenting, testing and iterating. They then develop new ways to test and evaluate performance, to accurately position our technology against our competition.

About the Role

As SKU Program Manager, you will lead the integrated planning and delivery of SKU programmes across product introduction, phase-in and phase-out. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain programme time plans, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear governance and reporting to ensure SKU readiness and DPAP commitments are achieved at category level.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience and Capabilities

  • Demonstrated programme or project-management experience, with a strong record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of integrated planning, scheduling, dependency management, governance and stage-gate delivery.
  • Proficiency in project-management and reporting tools, with the ability to build and maintain accurate programme time plans and management reports.
  • Ability to identify, assess and manage risks, issues and opportunities, translating them into clear actions, owners and escalation paths.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present programme status and complex issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving capability, with sound judgement in ambiguous or changing situations.
  • Effective relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills across global, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic and improvement-focused mindset, with the ability to standardise best practice and embed sustainable ways of working.
  • Experience across product development—from product creation through production and end-of-life—is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional planning for SKU programmes, integrating Commercial Asset, C&A, Graphics and Packaging, and SKU DPAP activities into a single SKU deliverable plan
  • Create, maintain and govern category-level SKU programme time plans for new product introduction, phase-in and phase-out, ensuring milestones, dependencies and accountabilities are clear.
  • Drive the established programme governance cadence, including weekly status reviews, deep dives and management reporting, to maintain alignment and accelerate decision-making.
  • Identify and manage programme risks, issues and opportunities; establish mitigation or recovery plans and escalate material concerns through the appropriate forums.
  • Coordinate interdependencies across projects, functions and categories, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities to protect SKU readiness and DPAP commitments.
  • Monitor programme progress, challenge delivery performance and ensure actions, decisions and changes are accurately recorded and followed through to closure.
  • Provide concise, decision-oriented reporting on programme health, milestones, resource constraints and priority actions to programme teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly resource reviews, analyse demand and capacity changes, track agreed actions and recommend mitigations for identified resource gaps.
  • Establish and embed consistent project-management standards, templates and reporting practices across SKU programmes.
  • Capture lessons learned and convert corrective and preventive actions into sustainable best practices and documented process improvements.
  • Coach and mentor team members, strengthening programme-management capability, accountability and delivery effectiveness.
  • Support transformational priorities and promote collaboration, constructive challenge and continuous improvement across the wider SKU organisation.

What Success Looks Like

  • Programme plans and status reporting are accurate, current and delivered through a consistent governance cadence.
  • SKU phase-in, phase-out and DPAP milestones are achieved on time, with dependencies and accountabilities actively managed.
  • Risks and resource constraints are identified early, supported by credible mitigation plans and proportionate escalation.
  • Cross-functional teams operate with clear priorities, timely decisions and strong ownership of actions.
  • Lessons learned and process improvements are embedded into standard ways of working across categories.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
