Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, IT und weiteren Stakeholdern und bringen dabei Ihre technische und analytische Kompetenz aktiv ein.• Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Operations/Services sowie Dokumentation in geeigneten BPMN-Tools• Identifikation von Automatisierungs und Digitalisierungspotenzialen auf Basis von Prozess und Datenanalysen• Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Spezifikation von Fach und IT Anforderungen• Begleitung des gesamten Umsetzungsprozesses von der Konzeption über die Abstimmung mit IT Partnern bis hin zur fachlichen Abnahme und Unterstützung bei Tests• Mitarbeit in Projekten und Vorhaben des Bereiches in unterschiedlichen Rollen (z. B. Business Analyst, Fachkonzeption, Testkoordination)• Aufbereitung, Analyse und Interpretation von Daten zur Unterstützung von Fachbereichen und Managemententscheidungen• Konzeption und Erstellung von Reports, Kennzahlen, Dashboards und Auswertungen (z.
