Stellenbeschreibung

Die Position ist in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) auf 1 Jahr befristet zu besetzen:

  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Recruiting-Prozess.
  • Du koordinierst Vertragsunterlagen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Versand sowie deren fristgerechten Rücklauf.
  • Du unterstützt das Recruiting-Team bei der Terminierung und Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen.
  • Die Planung und Organisation von internen Veranstaltungen und Schulungen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Hiring Manager:innen bei organisatorischen und administrativen Anliegen.

Qualifikationen

  • Du bist ein echtes Organisationstalent und bringst Struktur in den Alltag – ein wertvoller Rückhalt, auf den unser Recruiting-Team nicht verzichten möchte.
  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Sekretariat oder im Office Management sammeln.
  • Du bist offen für neue Aufgaben, gehst Herausforderungen mit Neugier an und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du hast bereits erste Einblicke in die HR-Arbeit erhalten, vielleicht sogar im Recruiting. Wenn Du schon mit SAP gearbeitet hast, ist das ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Wichtig ist uns vor allem: Du bist zuverlässig, bringst Motivation mit und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen. Wenn Du Freude an Teamarbeit hast und gerne mit anpackst, bist Du bei uns genau richtig.
