Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Waren zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind und die Arbeitsplätze optimal ausgelastet werden.
  • Mit deinem guten Gespür für Prioritäten unterstützt du die Einhaltung von Zeitvorgaben und trägst dazu bei, unsere Performance- und Qualitätsziele zu erreichen.
  • Du arbeitest zahlenbasiert und hast gleichzeitig das Geschehen auf der Logistik Fläche im Blick.
  • Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um unsere Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe effizienter zu gestalten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den relevanten Schnittstellen zusammen und berichtest direkt an den Teamleiter Process & Workflow.

Qualifikationen

  • Eine logistische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik bilden eine gute Grundlage für deine Tätigkeit.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Warenflüsse zu steuern und logistische Abläufe aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus – du packst Themen eigenständig an und bringst sie im Rahmen deiner Verantwortung zur Entscheidung.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Prozesse und erkennst schnell, wie einzelne Abläufe zusammenhängen.
  • Dich zeichnet Neugier aus: Du arbeitest dich gerne tief in Prozesse und Systeme ein und interessierst dich dafür wie sie ineinander greifen.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, nicht nur zu planen, sondern auch im Tagesgeschäft mit anzupacken.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
